Isack Hadjar is set to compete for significant points at the São Paulo Grand Prix, starting from the fifth position. The French driver is eager to capitalize on his team’s strong qualifying performance, where both Racing Bulls cars secured spots in the top ten.

The qualifying session showcased Hadjar’s persistence and determination. Despite facing challenges earlier in the day during the Sprint race, where he finished in tenth place, Hadjar managed to execute a better qualifying lap. “It was one hectic session, to be honest!” he remarked afterward. “I was honestly fighting the car so much, but we kind of put it all together at the end.”
He qualified just behind two McLaren drivers and a Mercedes, revealing the competitive nature of the event. Although Hadjar felt his qualifying lap was not perfect, he acknowledged that the team performed admirably under the given conditions.
Race Strategy and Outlook
Looking forward to the race, Hadjar is optimistic about his team’s potential to score vital points. Racing Bulls is currently engaged in a tight battle for sixth place in the Constructors’ Championship. “We’re starting in an interesting position just behind Oscar [Piastri] and ahead of George [Russell],” Hadjar noted, recognizing the challenge posed by the faster cars around him. “But we’ll give it everything, fight them at the start, and then try and score big points – we need it.”
