Flagg, Knueppel Lead NBA All-Rookie First Team Selections

In a standout revelation for the 2026 NBA season, Dallas’ Cooper Flagg, Charlotte’s Kon Knueppel, and Philadelphia’s VJ Edgecombe have been named unanimous selections for the All-Rookie First Team. This announcement was made on Wednesday night, recognizing their impressive performances throughout the year.
All-Rookie First Team Selections
Alongside Flagg, Knueppel, and Edgecombe, the All-Rookie First Team also features:
- Dylan Harper from San Antonio
- Cedric Coward from Memphis
Harper garnered notable attention, appearing on all 100 ballots. He secured 93 votes for the first team and also received seven votes for the second team. These five players were the only ones to receive votes for the Rookie of the Year award, with Flagg narrowly claiming the title over Knueppel.

The NBA also announced the All-Rookie Second Team, which includes:
- Jeremiah Fears from New Orleans
- Derik Queen from New Orleans
- Ace Bailey from Utah
- Maxime Raynaud from Sacramento
