Governor Ned Lamont has announced that flags in the U.S. and Connecticut will be flown at half-staff on December 14, 2025. This observance marks the 13th anniversary of the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, where twenty children and six adults lost their lives.
