RBC BlueBay Expands Commercial Operations in France
RBC BlueBay Asset Management has announced an expansion of its commercial operations in France. This move comes with the appointment of two new key executives in its Paris office. Suzanne Dos Santos Wahl has joined as the head of institutional client management, while Julien Jacquet has been appointed as the director of business development for financial institutions.
New Leadership for Institutional Client Management
Suzanne Dos Santos Wahl brings over 20 years of experience in institutional asset management. She is recognized for her expertise in investment strategy and client relationship management. Prior to joining RBC BlueBay, Suzanne was the head of business development at Prevaal Finance in Paris. Her previous roles include commercial leadership at Covea Finance and State Street Global Advisors.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nanterre
- Postgraduate Degree: Institute of Business Administration (IAE)
Expertise in Asset Management Distribution
Julien Jacquet also offers over 20 years of experience in asset management product distribution and strategic client development. He joins RBC BlueBay from Lazard Frères Gestion, where he was responsible for consultant relations and RFP management. Julien has held various senior roles focused on institutional markets and distribution networks throughout his career.

Both executives will report to Doris Santillana, who oversees RBC BlueBay’s operations in France. Their appointments are part of a larger strategy to strengthen the company’s presence in the French market.
