The twins were reported missing from a home on Kalum Street, near Graham Avenue, at approximately 10 p.m. on Sunday night. They are described as follows:
- Raina Wood: Female, blonde hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing pink pants.
- Mathias Wood: Male, blonde hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing beige pants.
Suspect Information
The suspect in this case is 37-year-old Tova Josephine Wood. She is described as:
- Height: 5’6″
- Weight: Approximately 140 pounds
- Hair: Light brown, past her shoulders
- Eyes: Green
Tova is believed to be driving a red 2015 Dodge Caravan, with the license plate ME5 38F. She was last observed heading east from the Kalum Street residence.

The police are urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the twins or Tova Josephine Wood to refrain from approaching them and to contact 911 immediately. Images of the children, the suspect, and the suspect vehicle have been released to aid in the search.
