The agreement signed on March 31, 2025, in Khujand, Tajikistan, by Presidents Japarov, Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan, and Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan heralds a new era in regional cooperation. Key elements of the project include:
- A total area of 100 hectares.
- Zones dedicated to administration, tourism, logistics, production, commercial activities, and recreation.
