Lyubomir Zhingov, a representative of the Sofia Motorcyclists Association, urged both motorcyclists and drivers to adhere to traffic laws. He stated, “Motorcyclists are back on the road – watch out for them and follow the rules.” His plea highlighted the necessity for road safety.

They argue that paying for a full year is unjust when vehicles are primarily used during the warmer months.
