This extensive investigation, which spanned a week starting on April 20, was conducted by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in collaboration with various local police departments and the Florida Department of Financial Services Criminal Investigations Division.

I want all the children who are watching to know that it is not the real Santa Claus.”

Hicks faces several serious charges, including human trafficking, traveling to meet a minor, and using a computer to entice a child into illegal acts. His actions have raised significant concerns within the Polk County community.
