A Monroe County man was arrested after being found inside a vehicle reported stolen. Authorities received a report regarding the stolen vehicle on April 26, at MCS Lawncare in Glasgow, Kentucky.
Arrest of Aiden Birdwell
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle the following day. A team from the Barren County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police apprehended the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Aiden Birdwell from Fountain Run. He was discovered inside a residence and subsequently arrested.
Charges Filed Against Birdwell
Following his arrest, Aiden Birdwell faces multiple charges:
- Third-degree burglary
- First-degree criminal mischief
- No operator’s license
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
As of now, no bond has been set for Birdwell. The case highlights ongoing concerns regarding vehicle theft and drug-related offenses in the region.
