A driver attempted to flee after causing a collision that injured two women in Montreal. This incident occurred in the early hours of April 12, 2026, at the intersection of Saint-Laurent and Crémazie boulevards in the Villeray neighborhood.

Details of the Incident

At approximately 3:30 AM, the vehicle was traveling north on Saint-Laurent Boulevard when it collided with a tree and a utility pole, eventually coming to a stop against a concrete barrier. The two passengers, aged 25 and 26, were transported to a hospital, where their conditions were reported to be significantly different.
