The family of Robert Eugene Levert, aged 76, has announced his passing on March 28, 2026. He died peacefully at his home in Garson, surrounded by loved ones. Robert was known for his remarkable work ethic, vibrant energy, and optimistic spirit.
Family and Legacy
Robert cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was fiercely proud of their accomplishments and loved creating memories with them. He frequently enjoyed vacations with his wife, Angele, at their home on Manitoulin Island and during trips to Naples, Florida.
Professional Journey
Throughout his career, Robert dedicated himself to the Levert family businesses, holding the position of Vice President from 1971 into the late 1980s. Later, he joined Allaire Mechanical Contractors in North Bay, where he worked as a principal until his retirement, contributing to numerous commercial projects with diligence and pride.
Community Involvement
Robert was an active member of the Nipissing Rotary Club, where he volunteered extensively and participated in various fundraising activities for charities. His commitment to the community was reflected in his countless hours of service.
Remembering Robert
He is survived by his wife, Angele, and their children: Bobbi-Lynn Piccolo, Bryan Levert, Berri-Lynn Levert, and stepdaughter Ginette Richer. Robert will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, including:

Final Arrangements
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for April 4, 2026. A private gathering will be held at 1 PM, followed by a welcoming of friends and community members from 2 PM to 5 PM at Cooperative Funeral Home, located at 222 Lasalle Blvd. E., Sudbury, ON. Memorial donations in Robert’s honor can be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
