Designed for young explorers and curious minds, Tower Bridge’s Easter Family Activities are included with admission. These events blend creativity, movement, and mechanical wonders, allowing children to learn how Victorian engineers transformed the world. Families will have the opportunity to explore the Bridge from top to bottom while engaging in educational fun.
Activities and Learning Opportunities
- Interactive Drop-in Activity: Moving Pictures – Inspired by 19th-century animation toys, families can explore the concept of motion. This activity lets children create their own spinning animations featuring Tower Bridge.
- Target Audience – The activities are designed primarily for children aged 6 to 10 but are suitable for all ages, making them ideal for mixed-age families.
- Dates and Times – The family activities will take place on Tuesday, March 31, Tuesday, April 7, and Saturday, April 11, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Participation is free with admission, and no prior booking is needed.
Each family will also receive a Family Activities Pass, granting free entry to any Family Activities Day within the next six months, enhancing the overall experience.

Beyond interactive sessions, families can walk along the High-Level Walkways. Suspended 42 meters above the River Thames, these walkways offer stunning views of London and the bridge itself, which lifts approximately 800 times a year for passing ships.
