Six Flags Sells Seven Theme Parks, Including La Ronde

Six Flags has announced the sale of seven of its theme parks to EPR Properties for a total of $342 million USD, roughly equivalent to $467 million CAD. This transaction includes La Ronde, located in Montreal, along with six other parks situated across the United States.

As part of the agreement, La Ronde will be leased back to a newly formed company called La Ronde Operations. This company is set to take over the park’s management and operations.

- Burke also operates Village Vacances Valcartier in Quebec.
- He is the operator of the Calypso Waterpark in Limoges, Ontario.
