Rocket Pro Launches AI Tools for Brokers, Ensures No Poaching

Rocket Pro has introduced new AI tools tailored for brokers at the recent Rocket Pro Experience (RPX) event in Detroit, Michigan. This initiative aims to empower brokers by offering innovative technology designed specifically for the mortgage industry. The development of these tools comes after over a year of research and feedback from broker partners.
Key Initiatives Announced by Rocket Pro
- Custom Large Language Model: Named Rocket Pro Navigate, this tool is specifically designed for mortgage brokers.
- Broker Manifesto: A video montage celebrating the contributions of brokers and their role within the community.
- Broker Directory: A new platform connecting consumers with local brokers based on client needs and skills.
Rocket Pro Navigate
Rocket Pro Navigate serves as the centerpiece of the new offerings. It features a suite of tools that includes:
- A sales coach for role-playing and call preparation.
- A Lead Scanner that processes client lists and generates personalized communications.
- A Document Analyzer that reviews financial documents and provides client-ready summaries.
- A notes function for processing call transcripts and facilitating follow-ups.
General Manager Daniel Sogorka highlighted that this AI tool has been meticulously trained for the mortgage sector over 16 months and is tailored for brokers’ needs.
Rocket Pro Assist
In addition to Navigate, Rocket Pro will launch Rocket Pro Assist. This AI-driven support suite will enhance communication between brokers and Rocket Pro. It will address common inquiries related to loan guidelines, status updates, and more.
Launching the Broker Directory
The new broker directory, brokernearme.com, is set to connect prospective clients with local brokers. Consumers can enter their address and specific criteria to find brokers whose skills align with their requirements. Sogorka emphasized that rankings within the site are not influenced by financial incentives, ensuring impartiality.
Investment and Collaboration
Rocket Pro has invested substantial resources in this initiative. Sogorka mentioned, “We’ve spent many, many millions of dollars on this.” Input from brokers significantly influenced the development process, with ongoing communication and pilot testing conducted across various partner sizes to refine these offerings.
As Rocket Pro continues to enhance its relationship with brokers, the focus on retaining clients and improving retention rates will remain a priority. The tools introduced aim to support brokers in achieving greater success within the competitive mortgage market.
