Elijah Haven, Top QB, Reveals His Four College Choices

Elijah Haven, a five-star quarterback from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has revealed his top college choices. As a key player for Dunham High School, Haven stands at 6-foot-5 and weighs 215 pounds. He is currently ranked as the No. 1 quarterback and No. 2 overall prospect in the class of 2027.
Top College Choices
According to reports from Hayes Fawcett, Haven’s preferred schools are:
- Georgia Bulldogs
- Alabama Crimson Tide
- Florida Gators
- Auburn Tigers
A Stellar Career
In 2024, Haven earned the title of MaxPreps National Sophomore of the Year. The following year, he was recognized as Louisiana’s Mr. Football. During the 2025 season, he set impressive state records with:
- 62 passing touchdowns
- 73 total touchdowns
This performance has placed him on the radar of major college football programs.
Recruitment and Visits
Haven received a scholarship offer from Georgia on June 1, 2025, coinciding with his attendance at a Bulldogs camp. Despite this interest, he has not yet visited Georgia. In contrast, only Alabama has had three visits from him, while he has visited Florida and Auburn twice each. 247Sports’ crystal ball predictor currently suggests that Haven may commit to Alabama.
Georgia Bulldogs’ Future Plans
As the Bulldogs prepare for the potential departure of quarterback Gunner Stockton in 2027, they are considering several options. Their roster may include:
- Ryan Puglisi (Redshirt sophomore)
- Bryson Beaver (Oregon transfer)
- Ryan Montgomery (Redshirt freshman)
- Hezekiah Millender (Redshirt freshman)
However, securing Haven would greatly enhance Georgia’s recruiting efforts for the 2027 class, which currently ranks No. 8 nationally. The class features two four-star players, Donte Wright and Kelsey Adams, alongside three three-star recruits: Noah Parker, Aden Starling, and Gavin Honore.
