UEFA’s financial report for the Champions League reveals significant income for clubs during the 2024-25 season. This season marked a shift in the tournament’s format, with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) emerging as champions and leading in revenue.

PSG’s Financial Dominance

PSG achieved a remarkable €144.4 million in earnings, surpassing all other participating clubs. Their closest competitor, Inter Milan, which finished as the runner-up, garnered €136.6 million. This financial success reflects PSG’s strong performance both on the field and through UEFA’s new revenue-sharing model.

Projected Financial Growth

The UEFA report anticipates net income of €3.55 billion, with 93.5% allocated to participant clubs and 6.5% retained for UEFA’s initiatives. For the 2024-25 season, actual revenues are expected to exceed €4.41 billion, alongside decreased competition costs of €363.1 million, below initial estimates.
