Current Status and Future Updates

Repair crews are actively working to address the break, although repairs could take several hours or possibly up to 24 hours to restore full water service. Customers may experience varying water availability during this period.

El Paso Water will provide updates on the repair progress and inform when it is safe to cease boiling water. For residents needing immediate water access, temporary water tankers are being deployed at various locations, including:

  • Sue Young Park
  • Arlington Park
  • Sunrise Park
