Randy Lee Shepard Passes Away: Honoring a Remarkable Life

Randy Lee Shepard, a cherished resident of Clintonville, passed away on December 30, 2025, at the age of 76. His final moments were spent at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Early Life and Education of Randy Lee Shepard
Born on August 20, 1949, Randy was the son of the late LeRoy and Maxine (Barker) Shepard. He grew up in Clintonville, where he completed his education at Clintonville High School, graduating in 1967.
Career Journey
Shortly after graduation, Randy began working on the railroad in Clintonville. His professional career took a significant turn when he joined F.W.D. Seagrave in 1967. Starting in entry-level positions, he dedicated himself to the company, eventually rising to the role of Senior Purchasing before retiring in 2003.
Passions and Hobbies
Outside of his professional life, Randy had a deep passion for antiques and classic cars. He owned several notable vehicles, including:
- El Camino
- Ford Ranchero
- Caprice
Randy also enjoyed collecting firetruck memorabilia and was recognized for his exceptional woodworking skills. His love for dogs was another significant aspect of his life.
Personality and Legacy
Known for his cheerful disposition and sense of humor, Randy had a magnetic personality that drew people to him. He was sociable, kind, and embraced every moment with joy.

Randy is survived by his five daughters:

- Jacquelyne (Kyle) Kaczorowski
- Erin (Jose Alvardo-Cruz) Shepard
- Amber (Lucas Lamberies) Shepard
- Kimber Shepard
He was a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren and had 4 great-grandchildren, with another on the way. Siblings Shari (Mark) Pfeiler, Dick (Cheryl) Shepard, and Sandy (Dan) Fischer also survive him, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Tom Shepard.
