MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Kevin Brown, a standout offensive lineman from Harrisburg High School, has officially committed to the West Virginia Mountaineers for the Class of 2026. Brown made the announcement during a live segment on ESPN’s Pat McAfee Show.
At 6-foot-5 and weighing 285 pounds, Brown is recognized as one of the top prospects in the nation. He ranks as the ninth best offensive line prospect according to 247 Sports and is the third-highest rated athlete in Pennsylvania for the Class of 2026.
Background and Commitment
Kevin Brown is not only a talented player but also has a family connection to West Virginia. He is the son of Tim Brown, who played for the Mountaineers from 1999 to 2004 under coach Rich Rodriguez. Previously, Kevin had committed to Penn State but chose to decommit following the dismissal of head coach James Franklin.
