Anglian Water Alliance Seeks Record Number of Graduates for New Roles

Anglian Water has announced plans to recruit a record 31 graduates for its innovative two-year programme within the @one Alliance. This initiative supports Anglian Water’s £3 billion AMP8 programme. The new cohort of graduates is set to begin their training in September 2026, focusing on engineering and management roles across various sectors.

Graduate Roles and Opportunities

The programme features diverse roles targeted at future requirements, including:

  • 5 Project Management Graduates
  • 20 Engineering Graduates (covering both office and site-based roles)
  • 5 Commercial Graduates (in Commercial, Quantity Surveying, and Procurement)
  • 1 Carbon Graduate
  • 1 Digital Analyst Graduate

Graduates will engage with three essential business units: Water, Water Recycling, and Place Based Thinking. This experience is designed to help them acquire new skills essential for thriving in the water and construction industries.

Professional Development and Support

Successful candidates will benefit from mentorship and support in achieving professional industry accreditations. They will also participate in projects throughout the Anglian Water region. Graduates can be employed through various partner organizations within the @one Alliance, including:

  • Balfour Beatty
  • Barhale
  • Binnies
  • Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB)
  • MWH Treatment
  • Skanska
  • Sweco
