Album Release and Preview
The tour supports Carlile’s upcoming album, Returning to Myself, set to release on October 24, 2023. This marks her first solo studio album in four years, and it will feature 10 songs, including the singles “Human,” “Church & State,” and “A War With Time.”
Returning to Myself showcases collaborations with several notable artists and producers, including Andrew Watt, Aaron Dessner, and Justin Vernon. Carlile worked alongside her long-time bandmates Phil and Tim Hanseroth, as well as SistaStrings, Josh Klinghoffer, Chad Smith, and others.
