The crash took place at the 11th Milestone, located near Cronk Y Voddy, shortly before 18:55 BST. The rider involved in the incident has not been identified, but officials confirmed that they were “conscious and talking.” The individual was subsequently transported to Noble’s Hospital for further evaluation and care via Airmed.

The clerk of the course indicated that, due to the circumstances, there would not be enough time to resume the race prior to the scheduled reopening of the roads at 21:30.
