President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated Rangers International FC for clinching the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title for the ninth time. The Enugu-based club finished the season with an impressive total of 68 points after 38 matches, surpassing their closest competitor, Rivers United.
