Extreme heat continues to envelop many regions, with 12 areas under high-temperature warnings. In Tainan City, red alerts have been issued due to the likelihood of temperatures reaching above 38 degrees Celsius. Taipei and Pingtung have orange alerts, also indicating a risk for similar extreme heat levels.

Tropical Depression TD06 Developments
In addition to the intense heat, Tropical Depression TD06 is drawing attention. As of May 26, at 8 AM, the system was located approximately 2,650 kilometers southeast of Eluanbi and moving west-northwest at a speed of 22 kilometers per hour.
Future Predictions
Forecasts suggest that by May 27, at 8 AM, the depression will be situated about 2,230 kilometers southeast of Eluanbi. There is potential for it to develop into a weak typhoon. Monitoring will be crucial as the situation evolves.
