February’s First Express Entry Draw Invites PNP Candidates

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced an increase in invitations issued through the Express Entry system. In its latest draw, the department released 423 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) specifically for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates. To qualify, candidates were required to achieve a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 749 and to have established their Express Entry profile by 10:30 p.m. Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on December 16, 2025.
