Jonas Brodin has been sidelined for the last three games due to a lower-body injury. This injury occurred during a match against the Dallas Stars on December 11. Wild head coach John Hynes indicated earlier that Brodin would be unavailable for only a few days. Hynes later mentioned that the time frame for his return should not exceed a week.
