This disruption has led to reports of access issues, including persistent “network timeout” errors and login failures. According to DownDetector, a site tracking service outages, over 11,000 players reported problems during the peak of the incident.

Although the number of reports diminished after a few hours, many players encountered various server-related issues. These problems included difficulties in loading the game, login failures, and delays while stuck in waiting queues.

Players from several cities, such as Washington, Atlanta, Detroit, and Tampa, reported problems. However, the highest number of complaints originated from:

Player Experiences During the Outage
The server problems created frustration among players. Many took to social media to express their experiences:
