Environment Canada has issued warnings for ongoing snow squalls from Lake Huron. Predictions suggest that these weather conditions may lead to significant snow accumulation due to northerly winds.

Predicted Snow Accumulation

  • Current snowfall in London: 10 cm
  • Forecast snowfall on Monday: up to 35 cm
  • Near-zero visibility and blowing snow expected

Shem Willie, a meteorologist with Environment Canada, provided insights on the situation. The northwest winds will exacerbate the snowfall, especially in the London area.
