Kash Patel’s Girlfriend Sues for Defamation Over Israeli Spy Claims

Kash Patel’s girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins, has initiated a lawsuit against Samuel Parker, a former U.S. Senate candidate from Utah. Wilkins claims that Parker defamed her by insinuating that she is an Israeli spy tasked with compromising Patel, who serves as the FBI Director.

Defamation Allegations

In her federal complaint filed last week in Utah, Wilkins argues that Parker’s assertions are “categorically false.” Her legal team emphasized that she is “a Christian, American-born, United States citizen” with no ties to any intelligence agency or foreign government. They added that she has never traveled to Israel.

Specific Claims in the Lawsuit

Wilkins’ complaint highlights Parker’s social media activity, which allegedly implies that she is a foreign agent. This includes a post questioning her relationship with Patel, noting their age gap and the setting of their meeting at a Christian Nationalist conference. The lawyers claim that Parker suggested her supposed Israeli connections are the reason for the lack of public disclosure regarding the Epstein files.

  • Parker’s post: “Why is a 24-yr devout Christian hooking up with a Hindu Indian, old enough to be her dad?”
  • Parker’s suggestion about Israeli ties and Epstein files dated February 28, 2025.

Background of the Case

This lawsuit is not Wilkins’ first confrontation over similar claims. She previously accused Kyle Seraphin in Texas of making false statements about her connections to foreign intelligence. Seraphin, a former FBI agent, filed a motion to dismiss, labeling her lawsuit as an attempt to silence criticism and arguing that his comments were merely satire.

In addition to her suit against Parker, Wilkins also filed a similar case in Florida against Elijah Schaffer, who allegedly implied she is a Mossad agent. Schaffer has yet to respond to the claims.

The legal battles reflect ongoing controversies surrounding Kash Patel, particularly regarding his conduct as FBI Director, including scrutiny over his use of an FBI jet for personal matters.
