CSUN Women’s Basketball made a powerful statement in their 2025–26 season opener, defeating Bethesda University with an impressive score of 103–13. The match took place on Tuesday evening at Premier America Credit Union Arena in Northridge, California.

The Matadors displayed dominant performance, with eleven players contributing to the score. They kept Bethesda scoreless during the entire first half, leading 52–0 at halftime. Throughout the game, CSUN shot 44% from the field, successfully sinking 14 three-pointers.
