Miami Dolphins, GM Chris Grier Agree to Part Ways

The Miami Dolphins have officially parted ways with General Manager Chris Grier, marking a significant shift for the franchise. This decision was mutually agreed upon during a meeting on Friday morning, confirmed by multiple reports, including ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Champ Kelly will step in as the interim general manager.
Reasons for Departure
Dolphins owner Stephen Ross emphasized the necessity for change. He stated, “As I assessed the state of the team and in my discussions with Chris, it became clear to both of us that change could not wait.” This statement reflects the organization’s urgent need for improvements as they look towards the future.
