SECU Foundation Awards Safelight $500,000 Grant for Shelter Expansion

SECU Foundation has granted $500,000 to Safelight, Inc. to expand its domestic violence shelter in Henderson County, North Carolina. This funding will significantly enhance the non-profit’s ability to provide essential services.
Expansion Details
The expansion is set to allow Safelight to accommodate an additional 150 individuals each year. Programs will remain free of charge, offering a safe environment for recovery and support.
