University of Alabama Students to Elect 2025 Homecoming Queen

The University of Alabama is preparing for its annual homecoming festivities, culminating in the election of the 2025 homecoming queen. Five students are contesting for this honor, with voting set for November 12. The winner will be announced during the bonfire and pep rally, scheduled for November 14.

Candidates for Homecoming Queen 2025

Sydney is a junior from Gilbert, Arizona, pursuing an accounting degree. She is active in the swimming and diving program. Blackhurst aims to support the UA Rise Center, which assists children with disabilities.

Morgan Grzybowski

A senior from Wildwood, Missouri, Morgan is majoring in biology and co-founded the women’s hockey team. She plans to support Remote Area Medical to aid underserved communities.

Carrington Mills

Carrington is a senior from Pelham studying chemical engineering. She wants to promote the Student Veterans Association through the Endowed Impact Fund, focusing on veteran suicide prevention.

Rachel Rybicki

From Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan, Rachel is a senior and member of the gymnastics team. She is double-majoring in finance and economics. Rybicki seeks to inspire others by advocating for the education initiatives at Flatwoods Elementary.

Crawford West

Crawford is a senior from Birmingham majoring in public health. A member of the track and field team, she aims to support UA Paws, a student organization assisting the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter.

Looking Back: Homecoming 2024

In 2024, Hannah Adams was crowned homecoming queen. A native of Birmingham, she double-majored in Political Science and Public Relations while pursuing an MBA. Her crowning occurred during a pep rally featuring a bonfire and a drone light show after a triumphant football game against Missouri, where Alabama secured a 34-0 victory.
