Emiru Accuses Mizkif of Sexual Assault, Abuse, and Stalking in Shocking Reveal

Twitch streamer Emiru, whose real name is Emily Beth Schunk, has made serious allegations against fellow streamer Mizkif, born Matthew Rinaudo. She accuses him of sexual assault, abuse, stalking, harassment, and blackmail threats. These claims have shocked the streaming community, especially following Emiru’s assault by a fan at the 2025 TwitchCon just days earlier.
Allegations Against Mizkif
Emiru asserts that Mizkif attempted to intimidate her through threats directed at her friends and colleagues. During a recent livestream, she disclosed her experiences, stating that Mizkif approached individuals around her at TwitchCon and sought their support. However, they declined to assist him.
One of her employees reported that Mizkif threatened them, asserting he would “destroy” their career if they spoke about him. Additionally, he ominously contacted a close friend of Emiru’s, expressing concern for her safety while covertly warning staff about his intentions to “ruin” her life.
Personal Reflections
Reflecting on the last year, Emiru emphasized her efforts to distance herself from Mizkif and build a supportive environment. She stated, “I’ve spent the last year cutting him off and building a new life.” Despite her desire for peace, she felt compelled to speak out about her experiences.
Emiru recounted a troubling incident, where Mizkif allegedly initiated intimate contact without her consent, leading to a distressing confrontation that ended with him leaving without ensuring her well-being.
Assault Incident at TwitchCon 2025
On October 17, 2025, during a meet-and-greet at TwitchCon in San Diego, Emiru was assaulted by a man who bypassed security to forcibly grab her face. Although her personal security swiftly acted, the Twitch event staff did not respond adequately.
Emiru criticized Twitch for its poor handling of the matter, stating that they misrepresented the incident and failed to act promptly. She felt unsafe even with security present and plans to pursue legal action against the assailant.
