Old Dominion, Charley Pride, Liz Rose Join Music City Walk of Fame

The Music City Walk of Fame is set to honor three influential figures in country music: Old Dominion, Charley Pride (posthumously), and Liz Rose. Their induction ceremony will take place on November 11 at 1 p.m. and is open to the public.

This event marks a significant milestone as these artists will become the 110th, 111th, and 112th stars on the Walk of Fame. Each has played a crucial role in preserving Nashville’s rich musical heritage.
Honorees’ Contributions
- Old Dominion: The band has achieved impressive success with nine No. 1 hits and has won eight ACM awards, along with seven CMA awards for Group of the Year. Their sixth studio album, Barbara, was released on August 22, 2023. They are currently on their “How Good Is That – World Tour,” which will continue through 2026.
- Charley Pride: A revered figure in country music, Pride passed away in 2020. He was a Grand Ole Opry member and a three-time GRAMMY winner with 39 chart-topping hits, including the classic “Kiss An Angel Good Morning.” In 1971, he was named CMA’s Entertainer of the Year and was recognized as Top Male Vocalist in both 1971 and 1972.
- Liz Rose: Renowned for her songwriting, Rose has co-written 16 songs with Taylor Swift, such as the GRAMMY-winning “White Horse” and the critically acclaimed “All Too Well (10 Minute Version).” She also co-wrote the award-winning song “Girl Crush,” performed by Little Big Town.
