Dreka Gates, the estranged wife of rapper Kevin Gates, has formally requested child and spousal support amid their ongoing legal disputes. She claims that Kevin has ceased financial support for her and their two children, prompting her to seek substantial monthly payments from him.

In her court filings, Dreka accuses Kevin of dismantling the family’s financial stability since late 2021. She states that he stopped meeting basic financial obligations such as property taxes and tuition fees for their children’s private education. Despite these claims, Kevin is reported to have continued to flaunt his wealth, acquiring 18 luxury vehicles and a $4.7 million mansion in Calabasas.

The couple’s Mississippi farm is currently facing foreclosure, following an IRS levy for $7 million in unpaid taxes. To address her financial needs, Dreka has requested the court to order Kevin to pay:

- $46,274 per month in spousal support
