Initial reports circulating online suggested that the guest may have jumped in front of the monorail. However, an OCSD representative clarified that this information was incorrect, stating, “the person was NOT struck by the monorail.” The confusion may stem from the hotel’s close proximity to the monorail track.

Video footage from the scene shows a white pop-up tent set up on a terrace near the hotel’s large glass windows. Police vehicles were also observed near the location. An additional image appears to capture a tarp-covered gurney being wheeled through the concourse.

Earlier this month, a woman faced a medical emergency after visiting The Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland, later being pronounced dead at a hospital.
