Ripa humorously pointed out that, according to the time of his birth, it wasn’t technically his birthday yet. “I texted him that morning and said, ‘Remember, you weren’t born until 7:17 p.m., so technically it’s not your birthday yet,’” she recalled.
This playful banter highlighted the couple’s close relationship and their unique family traditions regarding birthdays.
Memorable Labor Experience
The couple also shared stories from the hospital, where they welcomed Michael. Ripa described her long labor, which involved some unexpected challenges. Despite the difficulties, she felt grateful when she remembered the atmosphere around them.
