The following routes will be temporarily suspended:
- Los Angeles to Cleveland
- Los Angeles to Columbus
- Los Angeles to Pittsburgh
- Los Angeles to Washington Dulles
- Charlotte to Ontario
- Charlotte to Sacramento
American Airlines emphasized that these changes are not permanent. A spokesperson reassured that the routes would not face indefinite suspension, responding to elevated fuel costs caused by the conflict in Iran.
