West Nipissing is calling out to performers for its Canada Day celebrations. The municipality seeks artists to entertain guests during the festivities.
Canada Day Celebration Details
The event is scheduled for July 1st at Goulard Park in Sturgeon Falls. It will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., providing a vibrant atmosphere for families and visitors.
Performance Opportunities
- Four one-hour performance slots available.
- Applicant types include:
- Bands and solo musicians
- Dancers and cultural performers
- Children’s entertainers
- Magicians and comedians
- Community groups and emerging artists
Selected performers will receive an honorarium. When applying, artists will need to provide their typical fee for a one-hour performance. The honorarium will then be negotiated between the performers and the municipality.
