Canada West Releases 2026 Football Schedule

The Canada West conference has officially released its schedule for the 2026 football season. The competition will kick off on Friday, September 4, featuring a doubleheader. This opening night includes the University of British Columbia (UBC) facing the University of Calgary, while the University of Alberta hosts the University of Regina.
On the following day, the University of Saskatchewan will travel to play against the University of Manitoba. The regular season consists of 24 games that span over nine weeks, concluding on Saturday, October 31. Each team will compete against three opponents twice — both home and away — and square off against two teams once.
