Surrey Road Closures Announced for Weekend Parade

Surrey will celebrate one of Metro Vancouver’s oldest traditions this weekend with the 78th Annual Cloverdale Rodeo Parade. The event is set for Saturday, May 16, starting at 10 a.m. Organizers expect a vibrant turnout with over 1,000 participants and numerous floats.

Road Closures to Expect

Commuters should prepare for significant traffic disruptions in the area due to road closures. Several streets will be shut down starting at 9:30 a.m.

  • Start Point: 56A Avenue and 176A Street
  • Route: West on 56A Street, north on 176A Street, west on 57 Avenue, north on 176 Street, east on 58A Avenue, ending at 117B Street.

Access to the Cloverdale Town Centre will be restricted to pedestrians only during the parade hours.

Parade Highlights

The Cloverdale Rodeo Parade promises an array of entertainment. Attendees can look forward to:
