Sheffield Stalking Suspect Misses Court Date in Yungblud Case

A Sheffield woman, known as Lucie Black, is at the center of a stalking case involving musician Yungblud. She missed her scheduled court date in May related to a court order meant to protect him. This order was issued due to her alleged inappropriate behavior at one of his concerts.
Details of the Stalking Allegations
Prosecutor Tom Gill reported that Foley violated the stalking order within three months of it being imposed. The incident occurred while Yungblud fans were queuing at the Outernet venue in London’s West End for his concert.
Foley reportedly confronted fans and became aggressive, which raised concerns among attendees regarding her presence at this particular event. One fan even placed a traffic cone on her head after she allegedly hurled insults.
Concert Dates and Ongoing Tour
Yungblud, a 28-year-old artist, held two performances at the Outernet on April 3, just before launching the U.S. leg of his world tour. The police have since confirmed they hold a new warrant allowing them to arrest Foley.
Court Absence and Health Claims
Foley failed to appear at her initial court hearing in early May. In an email to the court, she claimed she was “in fear” due to health issues, stating she had contracted COVID-19 and another unnamed virus. Additionally, she sought to have the stalking order overturned.
After considering her request, magistrates agreed to postpone the hearing until a later date. The latest warrant empowers law enforcement to take her into custody until she appears before the court.
Next Steps
- New warrant allows for her arrest.
- Future court appearances are pending.
- Stalking allegations remain serious.
The situation continues to develop, with authorities ensuring artist safety as concerns mount over Foley’s alleged conduct.
