A Midland resident has been arrested on charges of online child luring. The investigation began in February, led by Peel Regional Police, focusing on an individual using social media to target minors under the age of 16 for sexual purposes.
Investigation Details
Police identified the suspect as 35-year-old Stanley Marion. He allegedly operated multiple social media accounts under various aliases:
- Maverick
- Yxaikir
- Ace.wilde
- AceryZero
- MaveryZero
Charges Filed
On March 16, Marion was taken into custody. He faces serious allegations including:
- Two counts of luring a child under the age of 16
- Luring a child under the age of 18
