Each of the newly recognized establishments has earned one star, which signifies exceptional food, drinks, and service. The restaurants that have received this honor are:
- Auberge Saint-Mathieu – Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc
- Hoogan et Beaufort – Montreal
- Le Clan – Quebec City
- Sushi Nishinokaze – Montreal
The Michelin star is a highly sought-after accolade in the culinary world. Restaurants are given this recognition after a series of inspections where inspectors evaluate their offerings thoroughly. A restaurant can earn up to three stars, representing the pinnacle of excellence.
