MICHELIN Guide Québec 2026 Awards Four New One-Star Restaurants

This morning, the MICHELIN Guide announced its complete restaurant selection for the MICHELIN Guide Québec 2026. This year’s notable update includes the addition of four new One MICHELIN Star restaurants and three new Green Star establishments.
New One MICHELIN Star Restaurants
- Auberge Saint-Mathieu – Located in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, this restaurant offers creative cuisine, featuring local ingredients and innovative dishes crafted by Chef Samy Benabed.
- Hoogan et Beaufort – Situated in Montréal, this modern restaurant is renowned for its wood-fired cooking under the direction of Chef Marc-André Jetté.
- Le Clan – Found in Québec City, Chef Stéphane Modat’s menu highlights regional ingredients, including fare from local farms.
- Sushi Nishinokaze – This fine dining sushi restaurant in Montréal is helmed by Chef Vincent Gee, focusing on traditional Edomae sushi techniques.

Tanière³ in Québec continues to impress, holding its Two MICHELIN Stars for the second consecutive year. The restaurant is celebrated for its exceptional culinary offerings.
New Green Star Restaurants
- Coteau – Located in Québec City, Coteau operates on a farm-to-table philosophy, utilizing produce from its own farm.
- Huit 100 Vingt – This rustic establishment in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare sources 80% of its ingredients from the property, including vegetables and eggs.
- Les Mal-Aimés – Situated in Cookshire-Eaton, this restaurant incorporates local wood in its structure and utilizes ingredients from its own garden.

Bib Gourmand Recognitions
