- Bonus: Five times experience points from spinning PokéStops during the week.
- Catch
- Tasks: Make 15 excellent throws, Make 50 curveball throws
- Rewards: 10 Great Balls, 10 Ultra Balls
- Level Reward: 3 Pinap Berries, 5 Rare Candies
- Bonus: 1.5 times experience points for catching Pokémon with nice, great, or excellent throws.
- Battle
- Tasks: Win 5 raids, Use 25 very effective charge moves
- Rewards: 10 Great Balls, 10 Ultra Balls
- Level Reward: 3 Pinap Berries, 5 Rare Candies
- Bonus: Earn 5,000 additional experience points after completing tasks and winning raids.
