Surrey Vehicular Shooting Incident Unfolds

On Saturday night, Surrey Police Service (SPS) responded to a shooting incident involving two vehicles. The calls reporting shots fired came in just after 9 p.m. This occurred on 105 Avenue, close to University Drive.
Details of the Surrey Vehicular Shooting Incident
Upon arrival, officers found multiple spent shell casings at the scene. Witness reports described the vehicles involved as a black sedan and a white sedan. Both cars fled the area immediately following the incident.

- White sedan, possibly damaged on the driver’s side windshield
Despite a thorough search, police did not locate either vehicle. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported in connection with the shooting. The SPS’s Major Crime Section has now taken over the investigation.
Ongoing Investigation
Detectives, along with personnel from the Integrated Forensic Identification Services, may be seen conducting investigations in the area today. As of now, the motive behind the shooting remains unclear.
