Delta Police are investigating a tragic motorcycle accident that resulted in a fatality on the Alex Fraser Bridge. The incident occurred on April 11 at approximately 10 p.m., when a motorcycle collided with a semi-truck while traveling northbound.

The motorcycle was operated by a 31-year-old male, who was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Investigators are exploring potential contributing factors, including excessive speed and alcohol consumption.
Ongoing Investigation
Authorities have closed the northbound lanes of the bridge as they continue their investigation into the collision. However, the southbound lanes are still open for traffic.
