The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) has issued flood warnings for Tayside due to significant rainfall. Areas affected include Aberbothrie, the River Isla at Couper Angus, and the River Earn from Innerpeffray to Bridge of Earn. The agency cautioned that river levels are high and flooding is anticipated.

In addition to the flood warnings, eight lower-level flood alerts have been announced for northern and western Scotland. The weather is expected to improve by Monday, although high winds could persist in some southern regions.

Storm Dave has played a pivotal role in these disruptions. A spokesperson from the Met Office noted that the storm would move northeast on Sunday morning. This will be followed by sunny intervals and widespread showers across the UK.
